My boss got two of these to monitor an overseas shipment.
The electronics and software seem to do a good job, as advertised.
The case and holder need to be re-engineered.
To install batteries, you have to remove two of the tiniest philips head screws I've ever seen.
This is almost impossible because they are screwed in so tightly.
I stabbed myself with the screwdriver getting them loose, and I am not a klutz.
Then once you get them out, the battery cover is extremely difficult to get off.
Its very difficult getting the two screws back in, even with a jewelers screwdriver.
Then the holder has a latch that opens, releasing the sensor.
The latch on both units was missing the top screw that keeps it from falling out.
I just happened to have two of the tiny screws that should have been installed.
Overall, this is a great device, top notch electronics and software,
but the case and holder need to be re-engineered so that people can use them as intended.
