-The compass feature is awesome and it works fairly accurately.

-Very weak illumination on the numbers even when charged by external light sources.
-No illumination on the hands at all, then why would you illuminate the numbers?
-No way to tell time in the dark aside from pressing the digital time.

no one has reviewed this board so i thought i would and help some people out. ive been boarding for about 4 years. have owned many different boards, my favorite being the drop through sector 9 with gullwing trux. that is until i bought this board, i didnt buy mine brand new, got it on CL. I have bear green trucks with abec 11 gumball wheels, and bone swiss 6 bearings so my board is a little higher end then what you can buy complete online. but this board is great, it is heavy tho. it doesnt give much when you step on it which i like. it carves great, is super smooth, turns could be sharper but this is more of a downhill racer then a cruise to the store although it works great for cruising as well. its a great all around board, although it is expensive so i'd recommend if your starting out to get a cheaper board to make sure you enjoy the sport. thanks for reading..

I finally replaced my 13-yr old original Mavic Crossride wheelset with the 2011 model. I was super excited to receive them until I gave them a spin (before mounting tires) and discovered they were out of true. What an enormous buzz kill! My bike has been down for three weeks and the very first thing I've got to do instead of mounting tires and finally taking a much anticipated ride is pay my LBS to true my brand new wheels? Shame on Mavic! Anyway, having sorted that out, I ditched the crappy rust-prone original alloy skewers for a set of Mavic's own composite skewers. Mavic Front MTB quick release Mavic Rear MTB quick release They look terrific and are super easy to open because of their larger area and non-slip surface. Trick Mavic logos look cool too! And, would you believe braking has been further improved? Incredible! Still the best-valued off-the-shelf wheels money can buy!

I have always had problems keeping my feet warm while hunting. Before spending $200 for boots, a lot of research was done. It came down to the Kenetrek Northern or Schnee's Artic. They are basically the same boot with the Kenetrek having a more agressive sole. Since I hunt on rocky and steep terrain, I went with the Kenetrek. As a bonus, Kenetrek offered free shipping before Christmas. I initially ordered the 10" but asked Kenetrek to send the 13" instead. The $25 up-charge was well worth it. I had also ordered an extra pair of laces for the 10" and Kenetrek sent the longer laces for the 13" boot without me having to ask. Their high level of customer service is a rare commodity these days. These boots have the highest quality construction I have ever seen. They are as warm as Kenetrek says. Treat the leather with the Montana Pitch Dressing they offer and the tops are very water repellant.

If you are looking for a warm, stable, well-made boot, this is it.

I purchased this scope, because I had one already. I bought it for another of my Sheridan air rifles (over 40 years old). With this scope I break small bead at 20 yards with this air rifle. I also hit small targets at 40 yards with this air rifle. The eye relief is excellent. No one believes I paid this much for a scope for a pellet gun until they try it. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants accuracy. I learned to shoot in the Marine Corps.

I bought this longboard for my boyfriend. When I got it, I didn't expect the wheels to be so HUGE! haha..but my boyfriend loves how it rides. he's a bigger dude like 6'1" so it's more meant for larger/taller people & it's GREAT for CARVING! it turns great. it's a little heavy though, so my boyfriend just rolls it wherever he goes. He uses this on our university campus, so does the job & runs smoothly. it's pretty beastly; my boyfriend rode it on grass (of course he slowed down a lot though) & accidentally rode through some dirt & rocks & made it fine. he actually thought he was going to fall but he didn't. I think I definitely got my money's worth
