I bought this fullsleeve suit in anticipation of swimming with it for a triathlon off the California coast, which as we know is much colder than say the Atlantic. The suit did a great job of keeping that thin layer of water in to insulate me throughout my race and you absolutely cannot go wrong with the 5 and 3 mm thickness throughout the suit itself. This is no "cheapy" tri suit. NeoSport has come out with a great product for those folks who live near colder water. It fits like a second skin and does the job. The zipper in the back is easy enough to reach when pulling it off and feels very durable through and through. If you're going to be swimming in cooler temps, this suit fits the bill.
