Instructions are not very clear. It has to be positioned where you want it in relation to side overhang, and front to rear positioning. They call for installing one side first, then the other. After a good deal of thought and review, I decided there would be no easy way to square it on the 'cage if anything was not exact. I installed a back bolt on the first piece, and then one on the other side at the back of the 2nd piece, rather than the front of the first section. With both sides square at the back, the front fell into place. I also installed some rivets between the 2 sections to keep it together better. No reason to ever take it apart, and that was the last thing after installation. Extra time made a better fit, and thought let me get proper overhangs. It is not cabinet making, but I wanted to start out with a pro looking installation, before my 13 year old started trashing it.
