The new (P)rojection additive easily pushes the super aggressive coverstock down lane where the new (R)ecovery additive connects with the lane for an extraordinary backend hook motion.Brunswick Nexxus f (P+R) Bowling Ball (14-Pounds) Review
I purchased the 14 pound Nexxus f(P+R), which actually weighs 14.2 pounds. After I had it drilled and fitted with finger inserts at a pro shop, it ended up weighing 13.6 pounds. It was drilled for a relaxed grip (fingertip grip), right handed, and I consider my fingers to be fairly thin in diameter. The bridge was P+Q on the custom fitting ball. The coverstock is reactive resin with a matte finish. The label said it was a 4"-6" pin out configuration with a top weight of 2.6, and the pro shop commented that he was limited in hole drilling configurations with that aggressive of a pin out. He ended up using the "Length & Backend" medium track hole layout that is described on Brunswick's Assymetrical Core layout sheets. Speaking with some experienced bowlers at work, they say that this reacts slower and thus would work better with less revs and would be suited for a beginner to intermediate bowler.
Overall: 5/5 stars
