This is great goal for players and teams which require a portable goal which can be assembled very very easily. However if you require a goal which can be left up all year round, in all weathers and all temperatures we recommend that you purchase a goal from our Samba Soccer Goal range- these goals will last in excess of 5 years left outside all year and are massively robust.

Yes, I would definitely buy this goal again.

I ordered this item for my boys U10 team with the intention of not buying a larger goal again as I move up the divisions. I received this item faster than expected. It wasn't a prime item so I was charged $40 for shipping and handling. I ordered it on Saturday night and it arrived on Tuesday night; considering delivery day included Veteran's Day, it was a fast delivery. However since it was coming from from Ventura, CA to SoCal, fast deliver is to be expected.

First impression: Considering the size of the goal, this item is light weight; most adults and teens should have no problem carrying this around to and from practice. It comes in a black nylon carrying bag which holds the horizontal tubes, the vertical posts with the uprights, net, and four metal anchors. The metal tubes, uprights, and the net are good quality.

At first I was hesitant to get this size as there were only two reviews (one very negative and one positive) on this item making it challenge to make an informed decision based on other reviewers. I was particularly concerned about one reviewer who said the middle sagged too much and that it was a "non functional product"...a possible deal breaker. But I decided to take a chance due to a dearth of similarly priced goals and features. I was very close to getting the smaller SKLZ goal with hundreds of positive reviews. But I wanted goal this size since they were already used this sized goals in competitions. And I didn't want to shell out more money for a larger goal in the future.

I've used PUGG goals which are very nice; they are easy to carry around, set up and take apart. I've used BOWNET goals...I would not buy these goals simply because they are frustrating to put together and take apart. When you are coaching bunch of kids the last thing you want to deal with is frustration with the goals. I've used PowerGoals and they are nice products but they also seemed a little to involved in setting up and when I've been used to the simplicity of PUGG goals. I was looking for something in between the simplicity of the PUGG goals and the features of the PowerGoals.

I set up this 16' X 7' Kickster in my backyard. I wasn't rushing to put this together but I think it took me slightly over 5 minutes to put together. The manufacturer's claim that it only take 2 minutes to set up? Maybe if you were trying to set some kind of record. I think it possible to set up in under 5 minutes if the nets are not all tangled up. I could definitely see what one reviewer said about the middle of the top horizontal "bar" sagging; the sag is about 6-8 inches. But it does not make this product "non-functional" as he claims. In fact it really is a non-issue for me. I can live with the sag because I'm very satisfied with the portability, ease of set up/break down and quality of this product. I've seen this type of sag on PowerGoals as well. I don't expect any other portable goals this large without a rigid horizontal support not having a sag in the middle.

Unless someone comes out with a goal similarly sized with the same portability, set up, and quality, I will buy this product again and I will recommend other coaches in the market for a larger portable goal to look into this product. Also, among goals this size, I think this product had the lowest price.

My recommendation is buy it if you were looking into it and that one reviewer scared you off.
