We will see if this changes. All I got were the leg guards. No helmet,no chest protecter. (and it did say shipping in one shipment) I am currently trying to get any number or email address from amazon to find out what is going on and I think they purposely avoid giving out that info. I am currently placing reviews everywhere so I can get a response from someone. This item was not cheap and what a terrible feeling to get scammed. I am hoping for a response so I can change this review.

**Update** ok so I found the "contact Us" finally and did a live chat. They offered to send a replacement and it would be recieved by Jan.3rd. (a day after my son's birthday) which is fine. I was just happy to have this fixed.....but, I recieved the shipment today Jan 3rd and only got the chest guard. Ugggh now they tell me they will send me a new shipment which should arrive monday the 7th. Once I get that order I get to call them and tell them what is in the order! Wow, stay tuned. The product is great. Lets hope I get the helmet next :)

** Final Update** Each item it was short shipped. Called and complained after each shipment and then they would send the next piece. So we ended up getting the full gear. My son used it this season and really liked it. I don't know if I would order something like this again online. It was a hassle but as I said my son liked it. It gave great protection and held up well for an active catcher. (14u boys team)
