The original saddle ordered was out of stock due to a computer glitch and the company apologized immediately and offered to send it asap when it came in again in a few days. Ended up getting the white saddle which was $20 more for the same price and they overnighted it to me since they made the mistake. Great customer service. The saddle is great, comfortable enough with my sit bones and there is no more numbness even after back to back 45 mile rides.
