I bought these shoes for two reasons. I have overpronation and now developed plantar fasciitis. These shoes are very support w/ great cushioning. Also I do run on the trails and they offer a good fit and traction. Unless it's pouring rain or you run thru wet fields, the shoe offers decent waterproofing as well. I'm all over the place with my dog so I use it for hiking/ walks with him also. Perfect for New England terrain. I recommend the shoe. The fit is a little big for size but I wouldn't go a size smaller. LOVE this shoe. Worth the money.
