I give very high marks for the bike and the shipping. The instructions were for several different bikes and could have been clearer and more specific to this bike. It was difficult to understand what tools to use until I actually needed the tool.
Maybe if I knew more about bikes (this is my first as an adult) it wouldn't have been such a challenge. You have to know what you are doing.
I still give the company high marks, and the bike looks great and rides great. Now, if they could help my 55 year old legs to stop aching after the first week of re-learning to ride all would be truly well.
BTW - I would buy this bike again, even knowing the instructions were not clear. I would use this company again, and I assume most of the issues were my own lack of experience.
