Each bike is partially assembled and packed in the original sealed box. 90% of the major parts such as frame, fork, crank, gears, and rear wheel have been pre-assembled. On the other hand, you just need to install the handle bar, pedals, seat, and front wheel. The adjustments of gears, fenders, wheels, brakes may be required. If you are not familiar with bicycle assembly and adjustment, the professional assembly service is recommended. However, the related cost of assembly and adjustments is not covered by the warranty. The average cost of assembly is between $10 and $30. All bicycles will be delivered by FedEx with signature require.

We purchased this bike for my daughters b-day. She loved it and the value for the price is incredible. We have not been able to find a similar women's cruiser bike anywhere for the price. It was shipped promptly and we received it in great condition. The bike does require a lot of assembly. The directions do not match the bike and the fenders were really difficult to install. If you are a novice in assembly make sure you take it to a bike shop (we did for an additional $70...it was well worth it.) The bike matched the online picture perfectly. We were surprised that a lock and bell were included.
