Got this as a Christmas present from my son! What a guy to love his mom like that. Came in a large box with all parts carefully wrapped and instructions easy to find. You get extra bolts, all required bolts and washers, and 2 allen wrenches. Hardest part was putting the arm rests onto the chair back. Don't tighten the arms onto the SEAT fully - and it works much better. I just had to back off on it.

Seat if very comfortable, sturdy, and has adjustments for height as well as angle. The logo is clear and detailed. The leather looks very classy. This will become my new favorite chair for sure.
