The bag is high quality, good rivets & stitching & zippers, I'm not worried about it falling apart.The pull-out leg system works and I do like being able to load the bag at an angle instead of flat on the ground.
The wheels roll smoothly (it's still pretty new so I don't know about long term).
Very minor nit, the carrying straps for when you can't use wheels don't have a cloth/velcro wrap, they are just 2 nylon straps so that can hurt your hand if you have to carry it across a long distance like up dirt/gravel driveway a couple hundred yards. You can buy those wraps but still, my previous cheap no-name bag came with them.
The more serious downside for me is that the bag is small. Yes, that keeps it light, but you can't put even a shirt or pair of pants in it, let alone shoes. I have an Ogio Edge carry bag, which I would not consider large at all, and it was a very snug fit both height and width. I had to take out my sunglasses in a hard case from the side pocket to get the Journey to zip up. I'm used to being able to put a pair of golf shoes & sandals, socks and a couple pairs of shorts & shirts in the travel bag so that I don't need to check luggage for a 2-3 day golf trip and can still stay under the 50-pound weight limit, that way I can just use a backpack or small carry-on. Now all my golf clothes will have to go with me on the plane.
There were very few reviews of the bag since it's pretty new, so I didn't realize this would be an issue for me. If you had a super-small "Sunday" bag this wouldn't be an issue but don't plan on getting a cart bag into this. Other than that, I think it's a good travel bag.
